Wagner Law Group Welcomes ERISA Attorney Thomas E. Clark, Jr.


BOSTON, Feb. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marcia Wagner, the Managing Director of the Wagner Law Group, announces that Thomas E. Clark, Jr., a renowned ERISA and employee benefits lawyer, has joined the firm. Mr. Clark's expertise encompasses all aspects of employee benefits programs, including the design, implementation and compliance of retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive and incentive compensation arrangements. He has a robust practice assisting covered service providers in meeting their ERISA compliance needs. Mr. Clark is a well-seasoned litigator complementing the strong ERISA and employment litigation department, which will be expanding in 2015. Earlier in his career, he worked for the law firm of Schlichter, Bogard & Denton including on such landmark cases as Tibble v. Edison, which will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on February 24th.

Mr. Clark is Editor-in-Chief of the Fiduciary Matters Blog, a blog visited over 120,000 times since its first publication in March 2013. He teaches ERISA Fiduciary Law as an Adjunct Professor at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, his alma mater.

Ms. Wagner also announces the addition of Seth Gaudreau as an Associate in the firm's Boston office. Mr. Gaudreau focuses on ERISA and business litigation.
