Axis AB: Postponement of Axis’ annual general meeting

The Board of Axis has decided, due to Canon’s public cash offer to the
shareholders of Axis to tender all of their shares of Axis to Canon, to postpone
the annual general meeting, which was previously announced to be held on 25
March 2015. The new date will be announced as soon as it has been set.
