Photoshop CC 2014 sees the inclusion of useful updates to its already staggering number of features and tools, including a Perspective Warp feature that permits adjusting the perspective of a portion of your image without affecting the other regions of the photo. An updated Smart Sharpen helps to draw out greater detail and define edges, while the Camera Shake Reduction tool minimizes the appearance of unwanted camera shake caused by slow shutter speeds or long focal length lenses, by first analyzing the trajectory of the shot. A Focus Mask feature helps to enhance shallow depth-of-field techniques, updates to the Blur Gallery include circular, elliptical, and path-shaped blurs for introducing a sense of motion within your imagery, and improved Content-Aware technology helps with the seamless removal of unwanted objects in a photo.

Lightroom 5 is also delivered in this plan with its own slew of updates, including the Advanced Healing Brush for quickly repairing image defects for on-the-fly retouching. An Upright feature permits one-click correction of skewed horizontal or vertical lines, and the Smart Previews function allows you to work on your files away from your home workstation without bringing your entire photo library with you. For exporting, multimedia slideshows can be produced using photos, movies, and music; and when working with the Lightroom Mobile app, nearly any type of image file can be edited and shared directly from your mobile device.
