SEATTLE, March 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oxygen Learning, a learning and development consulting and services transformance company today announced author and former Forrester Research analyst Brian Lambert, PhD as Director of Consulting and Sales Enablement. Dr. Lambert will head the company's new Sales Enablement Consulting Practice, aimed at helping organizations identify roadblocks impeding performance by driving behavior change in today's New Economy.
Lambert brings more than 15 years of sales enablement experience to Oxygen Learning, having worked as a senior analyst at Forrester Research and as Director of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), now known as ATD. Brian is also the author of four books on professional selling.
"Too often businesses engage us to develop corporate training programs, but oftentimes internal processes are not set up correctly to achieve the transformative goals they are trying to achieve," said Oxygen CEO Juliana Stancampiano. "With Brian leading our new Consulting Practice, we can work with clients on the front-end, position them to achieve their business goals by identifying roadblocks, improving processes and providing the best course(s) of action before any training and development curriculum is created. We're going to do that by focusing on where we can drive the most tangible results—helping sales teams become more successful in today's buyer-focused outcome driven economy."
Oxygen Learning designs and delivers corporate training programs to effect organizational change around sales, leadership, performance management, diversity and more, for companies including Microsoft, HGST (a Western Digital Company), Big Fish Games, Expedia and Slalom Consulting.
