Peab to Build a New Office Building in Arenastaden, Solna

Peab has been contracted to build a new office building in Arenastaden, Solna.
The property will be classified as Miljöbyggnad level gold. The client is Fabege
and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 435 million.
[image]The contract covers the construction of a garage floor, commercial space
in the ground floor and seven office floors. Gross area of the new building is
approximately 24,000 sqm.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will begin immediately and will be
completed in May 2017.
The project will be reported in the first quarter 2015.
