The Board of Directors of PCI Biotech Holding ASA has approved the Annual Report 2014. The Board of Directors has decided to present the Annual Report 2014 to the ordinary general assembly scheduled to 12 May 2015. The Annual Report 2014 is attached.

The company is developing therapeutic products based on its proprietary photochemical internalization (PCI) technology.
