LAS VEGAS, NV and WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwired - Apr 21, 2015) - CloudLock, the leading provider of cloud cybersecurity solutions today announced the launch and certification of its integration with ServiceNow. Certification by ServiceNow signifies that CloudLock has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of CloudLock's integration with ServiceNow.
CloudLock's latest release is one of the latest additions the CloudLock Security Fabric, a unified cloud security platform that provides centralized visibility for organizations looking to secure multiple SaaS apps such as ServiceNow, Office 365, Salesforce, Google Apps, Dropbox, Box, or any other app. CloudLock pioneered the API-first approach in the Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) market. In a March 2015 report, one of Gartner's recommendations is to "favor CASB vendors that support the API mode of access. It has the lightest touch on end users, and, therefore, a greater chance of business acceptance."1 CloudLock deploys in less than five minutes without requiring any hardware, software, agents or network configurations and has zero impact on the end-user experience.
"We are proud to not only achieve this certification from ServiceNow, but also provide advanced security controls for customers who are concerned with compliance and cyber threat protection", said Gil Zimmermann, CEO at CloudLock. "Based on our cloud-native approach, we empower CISOs to embrace cloud applications and ensure that end users benefit from the productivity gains of the cloud without interfering with their user experience."
Core Capabilities of CloudLock's Cloud Security Fabric include:
- Discovery, classification, continuous monitoring and protection of sensitive data in the cloud, such as PCI, PII, PHI and intellectual property in near real-time.
- Policy Automation: Leverage rich policy templates to safeguard critical assets.
- Central incident lifecycle management across ServiceNow and all other SaaS apps including automated response actions and notifications to end-users.
- Security Analytics: Gain real-time insight into the health of your public cloud applications in one unified dashboard.
A typical use case might involve an external customer sending a request to have his or her credit card information charged. A ticket is automatically opened as soon as the request is made. This request contains PCI information that ends up in the ServiceNow ticket. The company then becomes responsible for protecting this sensitive information. CloudLock can be used to create automated policies to detect and protect corporate assets and information subject to compliance.
CloudLock is being demonstrated at ServiceNow's annual user conference Knowledge15 at booth P10.
