Filing of the Groupe FNAC
2014 Registration Document
Groupe Fnac announces that it registered its 2014 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on Thursday 28, 2014 under the number R. 15-024. The 2014 Registration Document includes:
- The 2014 financial report;
- The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and
organizing the Board's activities and the internal control procedures;
- Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors;
- The description of the share repurchase program.
The French version of the Registration Document is available on the website of the AMF and on the website of Groupe Fnac at the following address www.groupe-fnac.com under the section "Finance \ Publications".
