LightLab Sweden AB and Wallenius Water AB have initiated negotiations regarding enhanced cooperation

Lightlab and Wallenius Water have signed a Letter-of-Intent. Negotiations
regarding an enhanced cooperation have been initiated and a due diligence
process has begun.

Lightlab has on several occasions from 4 December 2014 and during the first
quarter of 2015 informed about the ongoing project for development and
performance evaluation of prototype lamps for the UV area, which is conducted in
cooperation with Wallenius Water AB. Initial technical measurement results are
now present. These show a commercial potential for UVC lamps for purification of
air and liquids, based on LightLab’s EEE Light® technology.

LightLab and Wallenius Water have therefore discussed a possible continued
cooperation, which now has led to the signing of this Letter-of-Intent.
