Correction to Announcement Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights published on 01 May 2015 at 10:35.
The only change to the previous announcement is the issued share capital and total voting rights which should be 220,109,949 not 220,759,949.
Octopus Titan VCT plc announces that on 30 April 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 658,645 Ordinary shares at a price of 92.75p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 220,109,949 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights.
