Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Announces Recapitalization of Mander Portman Woodward

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - May 4, 2015) - Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"), a private equity firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California, has announced a recapitalization for Mander Portman Woodward Ltd. ("MPW"), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners IV, L.P.
