Anyksciai, Lithuania, 2015-05-18 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 18 May 2015 AB “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” received a notification from shareholder Company group „ALITA“, AB that on 18 May 2015 the Bank of Lithuania approved the circular of the tender offer submitted by Company group „ALITA“, AB with the intent to buy up the remaining 577 659 ordinary registered shares of AB “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” (ISIN code: LT0000112773) at the price of EUR 0,220 (twenty two Euro cents) per share.
AB “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” shall announce other conditions of the tender offer and the circular approved by the Bank of Lithuania after receipt thereof from Company group „ALITA“, AB.
