MACOMB, MI--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - The Graham International Implant Institute (GIII) hosted its 8th Annual Medical Symposium in Miami, FL last month with over 75 elite foot & ankle surgeons from the U.S. and around the world. Nearly a dozen exhibitors were on hand to showcase the latest medical advancements in foot and ankle surgery with lectures on the pioneering clinical studies as another key part of the three-day conference. Another vital element of the symposium was the practical training for physicians in performing surgery procedures including the implementation of the HyProCure sinus tarsi implant, the highly acclaimed titanium orthopedic stent with its ground-breaking minimally invasive approach to correcting hyperpronation.
A highlight of the conference included several notable physicians being honored for their ongoing contribution in the advancement of foot and ankle surgery by helping raise awareness of proactive and forward-thinking modalities within their practice and among their peer medical groups.
"This year's conference was the best one yet," says Dr. Michael E. Graham, podiatric surgery and the founder and director of the Graham International Implant Institute. "The synergy and collaboration among the physicians were outstanding."
Dr. Michael E. Graham founded the Graham International Implant Institute in 2006 to help raise the benchmark of care in the arena of Extra-Osseous TaloTarsal Stabilization surgery.
