OKMETIC OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20 MAY 2015 AT 3.00 P.M.
REMUNERATION OF OKMETIC OYJ BOARD MEMBERS PAID IN THE FORM OF OWN SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY
According to the decision of the annual general meeting, Okmetic Oyj has today transferred a total of 10,634 shares to the board members as payment of the annual remuneration.
Okmetic's annual general meeting on 14 April 2015 decided that the annual remuneration of the company's board members is paid in the company's shares and in cash for the part of taxes. It was decided that the payment of the annual remuneration is made as a one-time payment so that the number of remuneration shares is determined according to the closing quotation of the company's share on 19 May 2015.
The annual general meeting decided that the following annual remuneration is paid to the members of the board of directors: 40,000 euro to the chairman, 30,000 euro to the vice chairman, and 20,000 euro to each of the other board members. In addition, it was decided that the board members are paid a meeting remuneration, amount of which is 750 euro per meeting to the chairman and 500 euro per meeting to each of the other board members.
After the transfer of shares, the company holds 406,129 own shares.
