Wallenstam bonds listed at Nasdaq Stockholm


As previously announced, the Board of Wallenstam AB (publ) (”Wallenstam”) has
taken the decision to list bonds at the Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has
approved Wallenstam’s application for admission to trading and the first day of
trading for the bonds is today, 25 May 2015.
On 19 March 2015, Wallenstam announced the issue of an unsecured bond that will
run for four years and mature in March 2019 aimed at optimizing the financing of
its subsidiary Svensk NaturEnergi, which generates electricity from wind
turbines and hydro stations. The bond is in the amount of SEK 500 million and
will run with a floating coupon of 3M STIBOR + 110 basis points. On 19 May 2015,
Wallenstam published a prospectus and announced that the company had applied for
admission to trade the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved
Wallenstam’s application for admission to trading and the first day of trading
for the bonds is today, 25 May 2015.
