Even seasoned CRM users are sure to learn something in the Summer Series. One of the most exciting aspects of the series will be the release of Sugar 7.6, coming to the Enterprise version of Sugar this summer. Among other improvements in Sugar 7.6, the newest version of Sugar will include advanced, process-based workflow capabilities.
"SugarCRM is always pushing the envelope in the CRM space," said Jim Ward, President of BrainSell. "With the release of 7.6, we're excited to see the themes of business process management and advanced workflow capabilities being baked right into the product."
One of the biggest challenges of any sales organization is codifying (arranging according to a plan or system) their business processes into each and every aspect of their sales process. The first session of the series will focus on how to make the combination of sales processes come alive with SugarCRM.
"We don't just implement Sugar, we use it day-to-day in our own business," said Sonja Fridell, Executive Vice President of BrainSell. "We're looking forward to showing other users our tips and tricks."
