RCI BANQUE ISSUES € 750 MILLION OF A 2022 BOND

RCI Banque issued today a 7 year bond with a 1.25% coupon for a total amount of € 750 million.

This is the third public issuance in euro in 2015. The order book reached € 1.25 billion coming from 140 investors.

Following an initial 7 year bond in 2014, this new transaction confirms investors' confidence in the financial strength of RCI Banque.
