Brick Brewing Reports Results of Election of Directors

KITCHENER, ON--(Marketwired - June 11, 2015) - Brick Brewing Co. Limited ("Brick" or the "Company") (TSX: BRB) today announced that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held yesterday (the "Meeting"), each of the seven nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 4, 2015 were elected as directors of the Company. A total of 23,439,849 common shares or 67.13% of Brick's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the Meeting. Shareholders voted by a show of hands in favour of each item of business. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.

* As a ballot was not required, the number of votes disclosed in the above table reflects only the proxies received by management of Brick in advance of the Meeting.

22,857,388 shares (65.46% of outstanding shares) were voted by proxy. 582,461 shares (less than 2% of outstanding shares) were voted in person at the meeting.
