Nykredit Realkredit A/S opens two new fixed-rate callable SDO-type covered bonds ("særligt dækkede obligationer"). The bonds have the following features:

As from next week, the bonds will be used to fund fixed-rate mortgage loans in DKK with loan terms of maximum 30 years offered by Totalkredit A/S and Nykredit Realkredit A/S.
