Tarkett successfully refinances its RCF and extends its debt maturity
Paris, June 24th 2015
Tarkett announces the early refinancing of its 450 million euro revolving credit facility (RCF) expiring in June 2016, as well as of the 60 million euro and 24 million dollar term loan expiring in May 2016.
Tarkett signed a RCF of 650 million euros arranged by a pool of sixteen banks*, expiring in June 2020.
The operation was significantly oversubscribed, which underlines the banks' confidence in the credit quality of Tarkett.
This refinancing, which enables the Group to extend the maturity and reduce the cost of its debt, confirms its financial strength.
