During his tenure at Webfortis, Alan was instrumental in shaping the Agile5D project delivery methodology, a revolutionary approach to project management proprietary to Webfortis. In addition, Alan was tasked with ensuring the technical accuracy and viability of projects and ultimately a project’s technical success. Alan was involved in numerous projects of varying scale and size within several industries. Not only did Alan help establish several key enterprise client successes, but he also led the establishment of international operations for Webfortis.
