Roche Bay Elects New Management and Board of Directors

GIBRALTAR--(Marketwired - July 10, 2015) - The newly-elected Board of Directors of Roche Bay plc announces that the previous Roche Bay Board of Directors was replaced on Thursday, 09 July 2015, at a meeting called by shareholders representing more than 75% of the Roche Bay plc outstanding shares.

The new Directors, Rodney T. Cox, Isaiah W. Cox and Wayne S. Marshall, thank the out-going management and Directors for their years of service and appreciate their cooperation in making this transition to the new Board of Directors and new management as orderly as possible.
