Mr. Haroian, who has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several public software companies, has more than 30 years of experience as a manager, executive, and director of rapidly growing software and services companies.

Mr. Haroian was a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen earlier in his career. He holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He will serve on EnerNOC’s Audit and Compensation Committees.
