TALLAHASSEE, FL--(Marketwired - July 21, 2015) - Capelouto Termite & Pest Control, Inc., a long-time Tallahassee area company, announced today the sale of its assets to Terminix, the leading provider of termite and pest control services in the United States and company of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc (NYSE: SERV).

Founded in Tallahassee by the late Reuben Capelouto in 1964 as a one-man, one-truck operation, Capelouto has served the Tallahassee area for over 50 years.
