BRAMPTON, Ontario, July 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- William Osler Health System (Osler) will welcome dignitaries, local health care leaders and members of the community to the site of the new Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness this Thursday, to celebrate a momentous milestone in the project as well as the tremendous progress made on construction to date. Construction on the new Peel Memorial is moving steadily ahead and has now reached its highest point or 'topping off.'
The celebration on the site will also feature an exciting announcement by Osler Foundation about a major donation for the new Peel Memorial. A prominent Brampton businessman from the local South Asian community is making a substantial donation to health care in this area, a gift which will be doubled by the Orlando Corporation's $15 Million Matching Challenge.
