Aberdeen Group Announces Three New Executive Hires

James Adams, James Cabral and Matthew Grant Bring Their Extensive Experience to Assist in Business Innovation and Growth Initiatives

Jay Adams has joined as Chief Financial Officer, James Cabral has joined as Chief Sales Officer and Matt Grant has joined as the Director of Content Strategy. All three bring extensive experience in business transformation and growth, which are well-aligned with Aberdeen Group's continued innovation and industry leadership around the integration of data, analytics and content.

Jay Adams brings over 20 years' experience building financial operations and investment models in maturing and high growth companies. He is leading the effort to build financial and accounting systems and processes that meet the company's objectives and lay the foundation for continued high growth. Jay joins Aberdeen Group from Atlantic Data Services, Inc. where he served as CFO.

James Cabral joins Aberdeen Group as Chief Sales Officer with more than 15 years of experience in building and managing sales and marketing teams for startups, emerging businesses and global companies. James will use his expertise to lead the North American sales team and will focus on deepening Aberdeen Group's relationships with current customer, partners and prospects. 

Matt Grant brings a wealth of experience from MarketingProfs where he held roles as the Director of Content Strategy and Managing Editor. In his new role, he will be tasked with overseeing the development of the business's Essentials blogs, websites and related communities (CMO Essentials, TechPro Essentials, and HCM Essentials) with the goal of growing Aberdeen Group's community of practitioners and highlighting Aberdeen Group's unique and targeted technology research and related content.
