The properties are located in Crown Heights, Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts, neighborhoods with a good selection of shops and cafés. Accessibility to public transport is good. The price was SEK 1 022 million. This is the sixth acquisition in New York. Akelius now owns two properties in Manhattan and nine in Brooklyn.
