Greater Hudson Bank Appoints Robert J. Tolomer as Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer

BARDONIA, NY--(Marketwired - August 10, 2015) - Edward T. Lutz, President & Chief Executive Officer of Greater Hudson Bank (OTCQX: GHDS), has announced that Robert J. Tolomer, a senior banking executive with more than 37 years of experience in commercial lending, credit, risk management and regulatory compliance, has been named Greater Hudson Bank's Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer.

Prior to joining Greater Hudson Bank, Mr. Tolomer served as an Executive Vice President at New York Community Bancorp in various capacities all related to the oversite of credit and enterprise risk management. He was previously Director of Enterprise Risk at Atlantic Bank, Chief Credit and Compliance Officer and Chief Executive Officer at the National Bank of Greece in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Tolomer began his banking career in 1977 at Citibank where he held several positions of increasing responsibility before leaving the Bank in 1992.
