Thill, a longtime healthcare industry veteran, replaces Kevin Johnson, who will continue to be involved with UAS in an advisory capacity.

As the previous senior vice president of operations at UAS, Thill worked closely with Johnson and the leadership team over the past year to improve year-over-year lab productivity and secure significant contracts with large healthcare systems.

Thill, who earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, has more than 18 years in the healthcare field. He has held positions in sales, marketing and operations with Eli Lilly, KCI, Stryker and Pfizer, and has operated his own business.
