SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2015) - Nimble Storage (
As global enterprises become increasingly virtualized, challenges still remain in achieving the 'last mile' of virtualization with a single storage architecture capable of consolidating enterprise-wide applications and workloads. Since unveiling the Adaptive Flash platform in June 2014, Nimble has further enabled enterprise IT organizations to deploy a single storage architecture that dynamically caters to the needs of enterprise-wide workloads across performance, capacity, availability, scalability, and data protection -- delivering the full potential and benefits of storage consolidation for virtualized environments. Enterprise-grade capabilities within the Nimble Adaptive Flash platform allow organizations to meet varying service level agreements, reduce costs, and gain greater business agility and responsiveness. Recent enhancements include the ability to deliver an all-flash service level for applications with stringent requirements around responsiveness, an auto-flash service level for mainstream applications, and a disk-only service level for applications requiring low-cost capacity. In addition, InfoSight, a cloud-connected management and support engine now features VMvision, delivering visibility through host, network, and storage layers to proactively identify and performance issues on a per-VM basis.
Attendees can learn more about the Nimble Adaptive Flash platform and enterprise-grade storage solutions by attending the following sessions:
