LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2015) - Main Pulze, Inc. (http://mainpulze.com), a developer and operator of Community-Based Continuous Care Facilities (CBCCF), is set to acquire Croft Living Home and all of its assets for an undisclosed amount.

The planned acquisition is part of a series of new acquisitions to aid in the company's expansion efforts. Main Pulze has plans to become a major competitor in the Congregate Living Health Facilities (CLHF) space.

Congregate Care is generally more intensive than the care that is offered in a traditional skilled nursing facility, yet it is less intrusive than care offered in a large hospital. The Croft Living Home acquisition allows Main Pulze to cement itself as the fastest growing CLHF provider in the state of California.
