On the second leg of its summer tour, Associa Gulf Coast brought its budget training seminar to Fort Myers on August 13 after a successful turnout in St. Petersburg in July. In conjunction with Stroemer & Company CPA's Samantha Sheffield, the training consisted of discussions revolving around difficulties of budgeting such as unknown expenses or prior year profit/loss, reserve methods, studies, and reporting requirements.
