CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Omni Wellness Center plans to host an event celebrating its seventh anniversary on October 15, 2015 at 10220 Couloak Drive, Charlotte, NC, 28216. The event begins at 7 AM and ends at 8 PM.
Individuals of all ages are invited to attend the Patient Appreciation Day, and the celebration is open to both current and prospective patients. Special deals are available for all new patients. The wellness center classifies a new patient as any individual who has not received treatment from the center for at least 6 months.
In exchange for a $30 donation to Shining Hope Farms, a charitable organization which provides equine-assisted therapy for individuals with disabilities, new patients receive an exam, any necessary X-rays, a report of findings (ROF) and an initial adjustment ($380 value). An exam and X-rays are performed during the first visit to determine what type of treatment the patient requires, then the patient is invited back for a second complimentary visit to discuss the ROF and receive a spinal manipulation. If additional treatment is recommended after the first two visits, the doctor can help develop a customized treatment plan that reduces or eliminates the symptoms of conditions such as sciatica, cervical stenosis and fibromyalgia.
During the event, visitors can also enter the Thanksgiving Day dinner raffle and register for prizes and giveaways. Food will be provided, and attendees can receive free chair massages and explore aromatherapy options. In addition to the Omni Wellness Center staff, attendees can also meet with numerous other local vendors during the event. There is no admission fee for the event itself, but visitors may wish to purchase products from on-site vendors.
