Epstein, founder of Third Creek Advisors, LLC, will deliver a keynote on "Small-Cap Governance in the U.S. - One Size Does Not Fit All" at the SIAS Global Corporate Governance Conference in Singapore on Monday, Oct. 12 from 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. SGT. Mr. Epstein's keynote will address how a one-size-fits-all corporate governance bias has disadvantaged small-cap companies and their shareholders.
