LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - October 07, 2015) - Avalanche International, Corp (OTC PINK: AVLP) announced today that it accepted the PCAOB audit of JS Technologies, Inc., makers of world renowned Suhr guitars, Custom Audio amplifiers and other branded high-end musical instruments and electronics.

The audit of JS Technologies, Inc. was conducted by RJI International, CPAs, a large regional full-service accounting and consulting firm with corporate headquarters located in Irvine, California. RJI has been one of the top 25 CPA firms in Orange County for the last 30 years as rated by the Orange County Business Journal and one of the largest Hispanic CPA and consulting firms in Southern California.
