CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Search Solution Group, the region's premier recruiting and executive search firm specializing in headhunting, has hired a Senior Executive Recruiter to add to the already booming Baltimore branch.
Jarrett Hoffman joined the Search Solution Group team on October 1, 2015. Jarrett was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Towson University. After graduation, Jarrett landed his first recruiting job with a small company in Towson. From there he joined the scientific group of a major executive recruitment franchise called MRI, where he placed individuals across the country with backgrounds in chemistry, bio-chemistry, biology, physics, material science, engineering and more. In just three short years there Jarrett earned a number of accolades, including ranking in the top 5% globally for production, two-time Pacesetter distinction, and Wall of Fame award.
From there, Jarrett decided to take a giant leap and start his own recruitment firm. In 2010 he founded Hoffman Search Group, a search firm specializing in the Life Science & Analytical Instrumentation industry. Despite five successful years at HSG, he was craving a fresh challenge, so he jumped at an exciting opportunity to reunite with his former MRI colleague Emil Gerardi to help build the Baltimore branch of SSG.
Jarrett is known in the industry as a relentless worker who will do anything it takes to get the job done. Both clients and candidates value his thorough and honest approach. He understands that the methods needed to find and attract elite candidates in this industry are tedious, yet rewarding. Consequently, he embraces the extensive direct recruiting campaigns that other recruiters shy away from. He views every search project as a personal challenge and is committed to a successful result for each project.
Jarrett lives in downtown Baltimore with his pup Baron, an 11 year-old Bullmastiff/Boxer mix. He enjoys playing softball and golf, cheering on the O's and Ravens, and spending time with family and friends.
