WALNUT CREEK, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2015) - Savvius, Inc., a leader in packet-level network analytics and post-breach security forensics, today announced the appointment of Mandana Javaheri to the role of chief technology officer (CTO). Javaheri will play a key role in shaping Savvius's technology strategy as the company continues to develop powerful network performance forensics solutions and expands into post-breach security forensics.

Javaheri most recently oversaw product strategy for all primary product lines at Savvius (formerly WildPackets), and has been with the company since 2002. She has more than two decades of engineering and management experience in the technology sector, with expertise in product innovation and development, program management, and strategic partnerships. Javaheri will report directly to Tim McCreery.
Javaheri began her career in Iran, where she founded Tarasheh Pajooh, an Industrial Automation Company that was later acquired by a private equity firm. She also served as vice president of business development for three years at Pajoohesh Gostar, an audio and conferencing systems company.
Javaheri holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in finance and management.
