Dream Town Establishes Dream Town Real Estate Academy for Prospective Brokers

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - October 08, 2015) - Dream Town Realty, a Chicago-based real estate brokerage with five offices ranging from the West Loop to the North Shore, announces the launch of Dream Town Real Estate Academy. The Academy is a new, comprehensive education program designed to prepare prospective brokers for both the Illinois licensing exam and their start in the real estate industry, with instruction by industry experts.

The curriculum is comprised of three sections: a self-paced 75-hour online course, a 15-hour live interactive classroom course, and a separate exam prep tool that gives students as much practice as they need in order to earn their license. The online course is based on solid principles laid out by recognized industry publication Modern Real Estate Practice, and provides students with several interactive exercises and videos that illustrate and reinforce crucial concepts of the business. The classroom course consists of five 3-hour sessions led by Dream Town's experienced real estate professionals -- who are also licensed instructors -- and guides students through everyday processes, challenges, and relevant case study scenarios. Finally, the Academy offers a powerful, flexible online test engine with access to hundreds of questions and the ability for students to create their own customized exams.
