Buzz Aldrin AS, a company controlled by Executive Vice President Roar Haugland, has today sold 92 289 shares in Scatec Solar ASA, at an average price per share of NOK 43,0655.
After the transaction and as of the date hereof, Executive Vice President Roar Haugland, together with consolidated parties, owns 385 735 shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
