Tiscali Chooses Sigma Systems for Catalog Driven Quote-to-Fulfillment of Public Administration Service Contracts

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Oct 29, 2015) - Sigma Systems, a leader in catalog-driven omni-channel selling and fulfillment solutions for the communications, media and high-tech industries has announced it has closed an idea-to-install contract with Italian telecommunications provider Tiscali.

The project will include Sigma's Enterprise Catalog, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management and Provisioning, completing a full rollout of Sigma Systems core product suite. The agreement was reached as part of a larger contract to provide data services for the whole Tiscali Business portfolio dedicated to public administration in Italy.

Sigma System's long-standing relationship with Tiscali had proven to play a crucial part in the decision to move forward with the Sigma implementation. The new deployment will allow for Sigma Catalog to be the central source for the project's master data management and will span the sales, order and delivery process of the new services.
