Proffice has today won, through one of its subsidiaries, a public procurement in accordance with LUF for the commission to be Swedavia's new supplier of security control services at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Before the contract can be signed between Swedavia and Proffice there will be a 10 (ten) day standstill period. The contract between the parties can subsequently be signed provided that there are no appeals of Swedavia's award decision. The relevant contract is for seven years (three years with four separate optional years) and entails Proffice taking over operation of the security control at Stockholm Arlanda Airport in mid-2016. The approximate value of the contract is SEK 275 million per year. Only when the standstill period is over and no appeals have been made can the contract be signed between the parties.
