Within 45 minutes of completing your order, you'll receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup at the B&H SuperStore. Most orders -- if placed before 6:00 pm on Mon-Thurs, 5:00 pm on Sunday and legal holidays, or 1:00 pm on Friday -- will be ready for pickup within 45 minutes. Orders placed after this time will be ready for pickup on the next business day, 45 minutes after we open.
The benefit? You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges, and you will get your order faster -- especially on Sundays and legal holidays, when there's no shipping until the next day.
B&H Photo will hold your order for up to 5 business days, and orders not picked up within 5 business days may be canceled. When arriving at the B&H SuperStore, please proceed to the Web/Phone Orders Pickup Desk, located behind the cashiers on the first floor. You will be asked for your Pickup ID number and a valid photo ID. If you designate another person to pick up your order, this person can pick up your order by presenting your Pickup ID number and a valid photo ID.
