Group Chief Financial Officer Tor Magne Lønnum has today handed in his resignation to Tryg A/S in order to take on the position as CFO at Aimia Inc Montreal Canada, where he will be based.
Tor Magne Lønnum joined Tryg as Group CFO on 1 September 2011 and during his tenure, the Group’s operating performance and shareholder return have improved significantly.
Group CEO Morten Hübbe expresses his appreciation of Tor Magne Lønnum’s contribution to Tryg’s success and understanding of his decision to take on a more international role at Aimia Inc, which is present in 20 countries worldwide.
Tor Magne Lønnum will remain in his position in Tryg until the end of April 2016.
Tryg will now begin the process of finding a new Group CFO.
