Acquisition or disposal of shares or voting rights
Alma Media Corporation ("Alma Media") notified on 29 September 2015 that it launches a voluntary public purchase offer for shares and option rights of Talentum Corporation ("Talentum"). The offer period of the purchase offer commenced on 15 October 2015 and expired on 12 November 2015. After the execution transactions concluded on 17 November 2015, Alma Media's share of Talentum's shares and voting rights exceeds ninety (90) percent of the total number of Talentum's shares and voting rights.
