1. On exclusion of shares from the regulated market
To exclude 104’479’519 (one hundred four million four hundred seventy nine thousand five hundred nineteen) bearer shares of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta” from the official list of joint stock company „Nasdaq Riga”.
Voting results: decision is taken with the required majority of votes.
2. Election of the Supervisory Council
1) To dismiss the following persons from the position of member of the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta” as from December 2, 2015: Vladimir Egger, Rubil Yilmaz, Andrea Clare Schlaepfer, Varvara Maximova, Olga Kurenkova and Dzmitry Yudzin.

2) To elect the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta” for a period of three years in the following composition, by fixing the beginning of term of office as from December 2, 2015:

4. Olga Kurenkova
5. Dzmitry Yudzin,
6. Natasa Mikiene,
7. Ramune Guliokiene.

3) To assign Vladimir Egger to convene the first meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta”, to notify the members of the Supervisory Council about the time and venue of the Supervisory Council meeting, to fix the agenda of the first meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta”, to open the Supervisory Council meeting, as well as to take other necessary actions in relation to convening and holding the first meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta”.

4) To fix the annual remuneration fund for the Supervisory Council members for fulfilment of duties of members of the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Ventspils nafta” in the amount of EUR 0.00 (zero euro).

Information about the new members of the Supervisory Council of JSC “Ventspils nafta”
The newly elected members of the Supervisory Council are Natasa Mikiene and Ramune Guliokiene.
Natasa Mikiene has been a logistics employee of “Vitol Baltics” Ltd since 2014, and has previously worked as logistics operator for JSC “Vitol S.A.” (Swiss representation office in Lithuania). N. Mikiene has a degree in railway transport engineering from the Vilnius College of Technologies and Design and a degree in transport engineering economics and management from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
N.Mikiene does not own any JSC “Ventspils nafta” shares.
Ramune Guliokiene has been working on various business operations of “Vitol S.A.” since 1996. In 2008 R. Guliokiene worked for ““Ventspils nafta” termināls” Ltd as a customer service director, and simultaneously also being the representative of “Ventspils Tank Services S.A.” in years 2007-2009. From 1994 until 1996 she performed duties of economist, secretary and translator at the marketing department of JSC “Mazeiku Nafta”, and from 1994 until 1998 she did her PhD studies and worked as professor’s assistant at the Kaunas University of Technology. R. Guliokiene obtained a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Kaunas University of Technology in 1994 and a master’s degree in business administration from the Riga Business School in 2011.
R. Guliokiene does not own any JSC “Ventspils nafta” shares.
