ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2015) - Accounting Today has again named Porter Keadle Moore accounting firm (PKM) the best mid-sized accounting firm to work for in the nation. This is the eighth year in a row that the Atlanta-based firm has finished first or second in the mid-sized category.
The publication's December issue profiles PKM in an article that notes the firm understands it must offer its employees much more than just a workplace. Managing Partner Phil Moore credits the win to great employees and partners, as well as a plan instituted in 1996 to give employees a clear idea of what they need to do to advance, then train them to make sure they succeed.
