Lodve Berre, Deputy Board member and primary insider in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has, on 10th December 2015, used his allocated subscription rights to subscribe for 11,517 new shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in EMGS at NOK 0.25 per share. Prior to this transaction, Berre held 2,069 shares in EMGS.
After completion of the Rights Issue, Lodve Berre will own shares 13,586 and 15,500 options in EMGS.
