Wordsworth Village at West Neck took home the Very Large Community Association of the Year award from the Southeastern Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and CAI-Central Virginia named Wellesley Homeowners Association the Large Community Association of the Year and Deerwood Condominiums the Small Community Association of the Year.
