NEW YORK and LONDON, Dec. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Morgan Lewis client UBM plc, one of the world's leading B2B events organizers, today announced that it has reached an agreement for the sale of PR Newswire to Cision, a business controlled by GTCR Canyon Holdings (Cayman), L.P., for $841 million, comprising $810 million in cash and $31 million of preferred equity (on a fair value basis).
