Increased activities on the US market

Arcam, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, is increasing its efforts on the important US
market. As part of this, Arcam’s CEO, Magnus René, will move to the US to lead
the Arcam Group from the office in Woburn, MA.
As part of Arcam’s strategy for internationalization and customer orientation
Arcam’s CEO Magnus René will temporary operate and lead the Arcam Group from the
US office in Woburn, MA. With near term sales and business development
opportunities in the US and in the UK, Woburn is a perfect location. Woburn is
also conveniently located with regards to the subsidiaries AP&C in Montreal and
DiSanto in Shelton, CT, as well as to investors on the east coast. Arcam’s
formal HQ will remain in Mölndal, Sweden.

"The reason for my relocation is that I will focus more on the US market where
options, growth potentials and strategic opportunities are huge. There are
several major players in the aerospace and orthopaedics industries on the US
east coast. By operating out of Woburn it will simply become easier for me to
act. I also want to work closer to our subsidiaries in Shelton and Montreal to
develop our businesses for EBM, powders and contract manufacturing", says Magnus
